Or shake up a batch of this amazing cocktail — Jiminy’s Conscience. I don’t think there’s anything better than a Green Grasshopper Martini when you you’re in trouble, and you don’t know what to do. Ok, don’t quote us on that. Maybe you should listen to Jiminy Cricket, and just let your conscience be your guide. You can enjoy this cocktail at your next party.
This week’s cocktail is super easy to make and such a fun color. We added a cute little black umbrella for Jiminy, even though his umbrella is red, but our red paint, just didn’t look right, so we went with black. 🙂
- 1 part Creme de Menthe
- 1 part Creme de Cacao
- 1/2 part heavy cream
- 1/4 part vodka
- 1 cup ice
- Place ingredients and ice in cocktail shaker
- Shake
- Strain into a martini glass
